I recently used GPMI to inspect my home for mold after noticing a musty smell in our Newport North/ Irvine Company home. Joseph and his team were incredibly professional and thorough. As we feared and suspected, abnormal and high levels of MOLS SPORES for the following organisms throughout our Irvine Company home: Aspergillus Penicillium, Chaetomium and Stachybotrys.

Without this report and PROOF this property made us ill, the Irvine Company would continue to gaslight and say there "were zero issues with the unit."
