Support for physicians and your patients
When a patient’s symptoms may be connected to the building they live in, the useful question is not whether mold exists somewhere in the house. It is where the moisture is coming from, how far the condition extends, and whether the measurements actually support the concern.
We assess the property and document that objectively, so the environmental side of the picture is settled before you weigh what it means clinically. If there is nothing there, the report says so. That is a result worth having too.
We inspect and test only. We perform no remediation and take no fee from any cleanup, so no finding of ours leads to work we would be paid for.

- Moisture readings and thermal imaging of the areas in question
- Photographic documentation of each finding
- Conditions that keep an area damp: ventilation, humidity, drainage, the air system

- Accredited laboratory results, reported as data rather than as conclusions
- A written assessment in plain language, with the technical basis behind it
- A clear statement of what was inspected and what could not be accessed
- The limits of what the sampling can support
- Results sent to you directly, with your patient’s authorization
If you have specified a protocol, we run it
Physicians often ask for a particular method, and we will run what you ask for. Environmental Relative Moldiness Index dust analysis, mycotoxin sampling, species-level identification, or an air panel measured against an outdoor control.
We will also assess the building alongside whatever you ordered, because a sample tells you what was in that sample. It does not tell you where it came from, how long it has been there, or how far it reaches, and those are usually the questions that decide what your patient should do next.
Have the patient bring your written instructions, or send them to us directly and we will scope the visit around them.
Where our report stops
We do not diagnose, we do not treat, and we will not write that a building caused a patient’s illness. That is a clinical judgment and it belongs to you.
What we provide is the environmental half: what is present, where it is, what is driving it, and how far the measurements can be pushed. A report that overreaches is not more useful to you, it is less useful, because it cannot be relied on when someone examines it.

- Or call us first if you want to talk through whether an assessment is worth doing at all. We would rather tell you it is not than sell one that answers nothing.
