*Mold inspections as part of home inspection do not include the collection of samples without your approval, which is subject to additional laboratory fees.

I recently used GPMI to inspect my home for mold after noticing a musty smell in our Newport North/ Irvine Company home. Joseph and his team were incredibly professional and thorough.
