We confirm what you are seeing, answer anything you want to ask before booking, and arrange a visit around your schedule.
We inspect and sample
We find where the water is coming from rather than only where the mold shows, using moisture meters and thermal imaging, and we take air and surface samples where they are warranted.
You get the report
What was found and where, the moisture readings, the accredited laboratory results, photographs of each location, and what all of it means in plain language.
We inspect and test only
We never remediate, and we take no fee from any cleanup. That is why the report tells you what is actually there, rather than what would be profitable for us to find. If you do not need work doing, it says so.
